Jan E. 'Magnum' Magnani

Jan E. "Magnum" Magnani, 35, of Bradys Bend died Tuesday at his home.

Born April 26, 1971, in Butler, he was the son of James E. and Sharon L. (Gray) Magnani of Bradys Bend.

He was a 1990 graduate of East Brady High School, an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed boating on the Allegheny River in the East Brady area.

Mr. Magnani worked for McConway & Torley in Pittsburgh as a steelworker, as a bartender at the St. Cloud Hotel in East Brady, and for Ervin Industries in East Butler as a steelworker for the past 10 years.

He was a member of the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Bradys Bend.

Surviving are his parents; a sister, Christine M. Hoffman and her husband, Ken, of Grove City; maternal grandparents, Vincent Earl and Harriet F. (Conner) Gray of East Brady; two nieces, Jassa Nicole and Linsey Lee Yost, both of Grove City; a nephew, Garrett Louis Shiemke of Grove City; and his companion, Libby Jack, and her son Levi of East Brady.

<B>Magnani</B> — Friends of Jan E. "Magnum" Magnani, who died Tuesday, May 16, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Charles B. Buechele Funeral Home</B>, 105 Fourth St., East Brady. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the St. Patrick Church, Bradys Bend, with the Rev. Anthony Ditto, pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Bradys Bend. A parish prayer service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.Memorial donations may be sent to East Brady Ambulance Service, P.O.
