Howard L. Davis
Howard L. Davis, 93, of Butler died Wednesday at the Autumn Grove Care Center, Harrisville.
Born Jan. 22, 1913, in Homeville, he was the son of John J. and Elizabeth Christman Davis.
He was a member of the West Sunbury Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Davis retired as a mechanic at Shaffer Tractor Sales.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Paul (Shirley) Oldland of Ridgway, Elk County, and Ruby Ferrere of West Sunbury; a son, Donald L. Davis of West Sunbury; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Also surviving is his companion, Helen Giesler, of Harrisville.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Cecelia A. Brown Davis, who died March 24, 1964; his second wife, Olive C. Reges Reap Davis, who died May 25, 1986; two sisters; and three brothers.

Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Wayne Bell officiating.
