Anderson Jr.

Thomas Anderson Jr., 65, of Lyndora died June 17 in Rimersburg.

Born May 21, 1941, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Thomas Sr. and Esther Ellway Anderson.

He was an Army veteran and retired from Copper and Brass Sales of Cranberry Township.

His volunteer activities in the Butler area included 10 years with the Butler Two Steppers, vice commander of the Meridian Veterans Club and a board member at the Tanglewood Senior Center.

Surviving are his wife, Carol Gillingham Anderson, whom he married June 13, 1964; a daughter, Lelaine Marzolf of Cheswick; a son, Thomas Anderson III of Butler; and four grandchildren. Four sisters, Debbie Erskine, Peggy Felger, Betsy Sebastian and Judy Socko, also survive.

<B>ANDERSON </B>— Private services and burial were held for Thomas Anderson Jr., who died Saturday, June 17, 2006.Arrangements were handled by the <B>Young Funeral Home</B>, Butler, and are also available at www.youngfuneralhomes.com.
