Sara Jane Moser, 87, of Butler died at 5:32 a.m. Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Oct. 6, 1918 in Sharon, she was the daughter of Robert Young and Nannie Orr Young.

Mrs. Moser was a homemaker. She was a member of Hill United Presbyterian Church, the White Shrine of Jerusalem, a life member of the Tanglewood Senior Center and The Century Club.

She is survived by a son, Robert E. Moser of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo.; a daughter, Linda A. Moser of Butler; two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Young of Wyckoff, N.J.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene D. Moser, on Sept. 19, 2001; a son, and two sisters.
