12:36 a.m. Monday — Shawn McDonald, 19, of Jefferson Township was arrested for driving under the influence on Morton Avenue. He was also cited for driving without a valid inspection, careless driving and driving too fast for conditions.

Friday — Someone stole a DVD player from a vehicle owned by Benjamin Frazier of Franklin Township while it was parked overnight at 814 W. Old Route 422 in Franklin Township.Thursday — Unidentified prescription medication was stolen from a car at the Grant Avenue home of George Talbot in East Butler. The theft occurred between 7:45 a.m. and 1:45 p.m.

Friday — Keith Eugene Williams, 37, of Chicora was arrested for violating a court-issued protection from abuse order after he allegedly called Rebecca Williams seven times over a 15-minute period at her Pony Farm Road home in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.Williams was arraigned on a charge of indirect criminal contempt and placed in the Armstrong County Jail on $10,000 bond.Feb. 17 — Donald James Fox of Templeton said someone stole two guns after breaking into his Bullock Road home in Pine Township, Armstrong County.

6:48 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Crystal Perry, 19, of Mercer slid off ice-covered George Junior Road in Pine Township, Mercer County, hit a tree and rolled onto its side. Perry, who was wearing a seat belt, was treated for unknown injuries at Grove City Medical Center.4:52 p.m. Monday — A sport utility vehicle driven by David Smith, 40, of Ambridge, Beaver County, slid off ice-covered Route 208 in Springfield Township, Mercer County and rolled onto its side. Smith, who was not wearing a seat belt, was treated for minor injuries at Grove City Medical Center.2:30 p.m. Friday — Acar driven by Patrick Flynn, 28, of Grove City crashed into an embankment and rolled over on Interstate 80 in East Lackawannock Township, Mercer County.
