Joseph Dickey
Joseph Dickey, 82, of Butler died April 5 at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born May 10, 1924, in Butler, he was the son of Josef and Pearl Dickey.
He had been a welder at Pullman Standard and retired after 29Z\x years.
Mr. Dickey was a World War II Army veteran and was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy A. Dickey; four daughters, Frances Lefever of Evans City, Pearl Shipkowski of Durham, N.C., and Georgetta Lambermont and Diana Dickey, both of Butler; a son, Joseph Dickey of Pittsburgh; two stepdaughters, Mrs. James (Joan) Hutzley of Butler and Diane Rugg of Millsboro, Del.; two stepsons, John Douglas Koenig of Atco, N.J., and Jeffrey Koenig of Beaver Falls; four grandchildren, and six step-grandchildren. A brother, Nick Dickey of Butler, also survive.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
