Wednesday — Michael Polzer reported someone overnight slashed a trampoline, valued at $150, at his West Cunningham Street home.12:05 p.m. Tuesday — Ashley Sciulli, 18, of Butler is accused of shoplifting $188 in cosmetics at the Pullman Square Kmart store. She allegedly gave a false name when stopped by a store security officer.Sciulli is charged with retail theft, false identification to law enforcement authorities and possession of drug paraphernalia.12:55 a.m. Monday — Kelly Everetts, 23, of Butler Township was arrested for driving under the influence on North Main Street. Police also cited Everetts for driving with a suspended license and making an illegal turn.The owner of the vehicle that Everetts was driving, Jason Blystone, 33, of Butler, who was also a passenger, was cited for permitting violation of title, and having no insurance or registration for the vehicle.

Midnight Monday — David Lee McCullough, 18, of Butler is accused of intentionally damaging a portion of Davis Road in Oakland Township. Damage to the road, owned by the township, was estimated at $350. McCullough is charged with criminal mischief.10:35 p.m. May 2 — A pickup truck driven by Nathan Olczak, 30, of Saxonburg and a car driven by Marianne Gumbosky, 19, of Jefferson Township collided on Sarver Road near Leasureville Road in Winfield Township. Olczak was cited for an undisclosed traffic violation.

1:08 a.m. Tuesday — Hope Corbett, 20, of Kittanning was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after her vehicle struck a guardrail at Butler Road and Water Street in East Franklin Township, Armstrong County
