Donegal man charged with assault
DONEGALTWP — Aman is accused of assaulting his wife as she held their infant daughter during an argument Monday evening at the couple's Trimbur Road home.
State police said Brian Scott Logue, 35, also urinated on Lisa Logue as she fed the baby at the dining room table.
District Judge Sue Haggerty arraigned Brian Logue on charges of endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, reckless endangerment, indecent exposure and harassment.
The defendant remains in the Butler County Prison on $25,000 bond.
Police were called to the couple's home soon after the 7:30 p.m. domestic disturbance. Lisa Logue told troopers that she and the defendant got into an argument stemming from an incident the night before, according to court documents.
She said she was feeding their 2-month-old daughter when her husband urinated on her. Lisa Logue said after she stood up and yelled at the defendant, Brian Logue pushed her into the refrigerator, as she still had ahold of the baby.
The baby began to cry after her head hit the refrigerator, documents said. Police did not indicate if the infant was injured. The couple's two other children, 5 and 9, were outside and did not witness the altercation.
Police said the defendant, who was intoxicated when they spoke to him that night, admitted he urinated on his wife "to teach her a lesson."
Apreliminary hearing for Logue is scheduled at 2 p.m. June 5 before District Judge Lewis Stoughton.
