Theodore Mroczek

Theodore R. Mroczek, 85, of Butler died Friday.

Born Sept. 20, 1921, in Lyndora, he was the son of John and Anne Mroczek.

Mr. Mroczek was a World War II Army veteran and retired as a supervisor at Mine Safety Appliance.

He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church of Butler, the Evans City Lions Club and American Legion Post 219 in Evans City.

He was the founding member of the Tri-Boro Golf League in Evans City. He also enjoyed bowling.

Surviving are two daughters, Patricia M. Booher and her husband, John, of Cranberry Township and Pamela A. Levere and her husband, Lee, of Newburgh, Ind.; and two grandchildren, Ryan T. and Makenzie E. Booher.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Marian B. Mroczek who died May 31, 2007; two sisters, Helen Polo and Mary Palace; and two brothers, Stanley and Joseph Mrochek.

<B>MROCZEK</B> — Friends of Theodore R. Mroczek, who died Friday, June 8, 2007, will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Ablessing service will follow at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
