Both the ATVand an eastbound 1999 Ford F-150 pickup, driven by Douglas Truax, 26, of Curllsville, approached a sharp turn at the same time and collided in the center of the road.

Authorities noted the sharpness of the curve "limited the visibility"of both drivers, according to a police report.
