Parson, Fry
New Castle residents Karin Parson and Christian Fry were united in marriage at 4 p.m. July 14 at Camp Lutherlyn in Franklin Township. The Rev. Randy Gullickson officiated. A reception followed at the Prospect Fire Hall.
The bride is the daughter of Don and Linda Gibala of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Judy Fry and Richard Fry, both of Butler.
The honor attendant was Samantha Robinson of New Castle. Bridesmaids included Tammy Topolosky and Stephanie Fry, both of New Castle; Kim Jarvis of Butler; and Stephanie Parson of Prospect. The flower girl was Alyssa Parson of New Castle.
Serving the bridegroom as best man was Chris Fry Jr. of South Gibson. Ushers included Adam Sutton, Richard Fry Jr. and Dale Fry, all of Butler; and Joshua Fry of South Gibson. The ring bearer was Devin Parson of Prospect.
The bride is a 1989 graduate of Butler High School. She works at Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle.
The bridegroom graduated in 1985 from Butler High School. He works at Camp Lutherlyn.
Following a honeymoon trip to the Poconos, the couple is making their home in New Castle.
