Ronald P. Pierce
Ronald P. "Ron" Pierce, 39, formerly of Harrisville, recently died of natural causes at his home in Bethel, where he lived for the past five years.
Born in Grove City, Sept. 14, 1967, he was the son of Paul E. and Shirley L. Sutton Pierce.
He was a 1986 alumnus of Moniteau High School and a graduate of Blairsville Diesel Technical School.
Mr. Pierce worked at Sanger Trucking in Bethel and formerly worked at Pierce Trucking,Harrisville.
He formerly attended West Unity Community Church in Marion Township.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his parents of Harrisville; two brothers, Craig S. Pierce and his wife, Cherie, of Harrisville and Jason G. Pierce and his wife, Julie, of Columbus, Ohio; and six nephews and nieces. Also surviving are his paternal grandfather, R.E. "Bunk"" Pierce of Harrisville; an uncle, Scott Pierce of Harrisville; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Delbert and Ethel Sutton; his paternal grandmother, Jacquie Pierce; his stepgrandmother, Mary Florence Sutton; and an uncle, Delbert W. Sutton.
<B>PIERCE </B>— Friends of Ronald P. "Ron" Pierce will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at <B>Jamison Funeral Home</B>, 117 N. Main St., Harrisville. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at West Unity Community Church with the Rev.
