Ethel M. Paserba Romansky, 88, of North Huntingdon died Monday.

Born in Butler, Oct. 26, 1919, she was raised in Butler and was the daughter of Cassian Paserba and Mary (Derval) Paserba Paslawski.

She had been a waitress at Johnny's Restaurant and at the former Villa Capri Restaurant.

She was the wife of the late Peter Romansky; the beloved mother of Michael E. Romansky and his wife Susan; dear grandmother of Andrea and Allison Romansky; sister of Agnes Hoffman and the late John, Steve, Anthony and Catherine Paserba, Helen Boese, Mary Barnyk, and Stanley, James and Walter Paslawski.

<B>ROMANSKY</B> — Friends of Ethel M. Paserba Romansky, who died Monday, Nov. 5, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>ALFIERI FUNERAL HOME</B>, 201 Marguerite Ave., Wilmerding. A service will be held at 9:15 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, followed by a divine liturgy at 10 a.m. at SS. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery.A parastas service will be held at 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
