Paul R. Biggie

Paul R. Biggie, 67, of Butler died at 1:13 p.m. Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born June 6, 1940, in New Kensington, he was the son of Ivan Paul and Madelyn Vera Reed Biggie.

Mr. Biggie was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of American Legion Post 217.

He was retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where he was a construction inspector.

He was a member of St. Peters Episcopal Church and the Moose Lodge Post 64.

Mr. Biggie is survived by his wife, Carol Bernadette Hepler Biggie, whom he married Nov. 28, 1987; two sons, Eric Biggie of Youngstown, Ohio, and Michael Paul Biggie of Columbus, Ohio; a daughter, Tracy Lynne Biggie of Canton, Ohio; three stepsons, Edward N. McKissick, Paul R. Brown II and David M. Brown, all of Butler; a stepdaughter, Mrs. James (Julia Lynn) Kelley of Gibsonia, and 15 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister.

<B>BIGGIE </B>— Friends of Paul R. Biggie, who died Friday, Nov. 23, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the <B>YOUNG FUNERAL HOME,</B> Butler. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Bruce J. Geary officiating. Burial will be in the Butler County Memorial Park.
