Grace A. Balfour
Grace A. Wack Balfour, 93, of Ellwood City died at 10:19 p.m. Friday in the emergency room of Ellwood City Hospital.
Born June 4, 1914, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of William Wack and Anna Missock.
She was a graduate of Perry High School in Pittsburgh and had been a key punch operator for the Gulf Oil Co. in Houston, Texas.
Mrs. Balfour was a Protestant.
She was an avid dancer and loved painting and drawing.
Surviving are two daughters, Joan Dalton, with whom she made her home, and Gail Ann Gregory of Sheridan; five brothers, William Wack, Earl and Mary Wack and Donald and Norma Wack, all of Zelienople, and David and Elise Wack and Roland Wack, all of Cranberry Township; and three sisters, Lillian McClure of Penn Hills, Edna Stoltenberg of North Hills, and Jean Johnston of Sarasota, Fla. She also is survived by four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
<B>BALFOUR </B>— Friends of Grace A. Balfour, who died Friday, Nov. 30, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Samuel Teolis Funeral Home</B>, 309 Spring Ave., Ellwood City. Services will follow at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Cindy Antinossi, pastor of Dayspring Harvest Ministries, officiating. Entombment will be at the Allegheny County Memorial Park, Ross Township.
