Mahler, Hoover
Jessica Mahler and Will Hoover, both of Charlotte, N.C., were united in marriage Aug. 31 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz officiated. A reception followed at the Butler Days Inn.
The bride is the daughter of John and Kathi Mahler of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Frank and Terry Hoover of Trinity, Fla.
The honor attendant was Jenn Mahler of Pittsburgh. Bridesmaids included Kelly Zulick, Shannen Capriotti and Julie Ehrman, all of Butler; Amy Nix and Lisa Fiscus, both of Charlotte; and Tara Hoover and Lindsay Kennedy, both of Trinity.
Performing the duties of best man was Frank Hoover of Trinity. Groomsmen included Chance Werner, Eric Mahler and Justin Ehrman, all of Butler; Jeff Richards and Peter Kelsey, both of Charlotte; Sean Kennedy of Trinity; and Russ Rhyne of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of Butler High School and a 1998 graduate of Grove City College. She works for HSBC in Charlotte, N.C.
The bridegroom graduated in 1997 from Piedmont High School and in 2002 from Appalachian State University. He also works for HSBCin Charlotte.
Following a honeymoon trip to St. Lucia, the couple is making their home in Charlotte.
