2:26 a.m. today — Adam Christopher Taylor, 25, of Fenelton was arrested for driving under the influence after his car traveled through an Ashland Avenue yard, went down an embankment and came to rest against a tree.Police said Taylor, in addition to DUI, is charged with driving without a license, careless driving and possession of a small amount of marijuana.3:20 a.m. Sunday — Christopher Diaz, 20, was arrested for allegedly assaulting his 19-year-old girlfriend, Ellen Anderson, during a domestic dispute at their Mercer Street apartment. Diaz is charged with simple assault.Butler Twp Police3:37 a.m. Sunday — Benjamin Lechien, 21, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at the Butler Intermediate High School. Police said Lechien faces an additional charge of defiant trespass.

7:30 p.m. Monday — Mark Douglas Wack, 49, of Slippery Rock is accused of assaulting a 47-year-old woman at a Church Road home in West Liberty.Police said Wack allegedly struck Patricia Snowalter of Slippery Rock in the face and pulled hair out of her head. He is charged with simple assault.4:30 p.m. Monday — A van driven by Janet Bintrim, 68, of Prospect struck a guardrail on Stanford Road in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Bintrim was cited for an undisclosed traffic violation.1 a.m. Sunday — Curtis Carion, 20, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Harmony and Kiester roads in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Carion also faces charges for underage drinking, careless driving, not using turn signals and not wearing a seat belt.Sunday — Robert Barner of North Versailles, Allegheny County, reported that a19-inch color television between Oct. 29 and Sunday was stolen from his camp site at the Slippery Rock Campground in Worth Township.3:54 p.m. Saturday — A sport utility vehicle driven David Kummer, 42, of Butler struck a fence post and rolled onto its roof after crashing off Valencia Road in Forward Township.11:43 a.m. Saturday — A car driven by Tanner Neuhaeusler, 21, of Butler and an SUVdriven by William Renner Jr., 54, of Butler collided on Route 422 in Prospect. Kristal Stephens, 22, of Lyndora, a passenger in the car, and an unidentified passenger in the SUV were treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.Police said Neuhaeusler was cited for an illegal left turn and not wearing a seat belt.

6:50 a.m. Feb. 22 — A sport utility vehicle driven by Michael Mason, 21, of Ellwood City struck a tree along snow-covered Route 388 in SlipperyRock Township. The SUV then slid into a fence post and fence wire.

Monday — The owners of two bars in Rimersburg, Clarion County, face charges for violating the state liquor law.Police said a minor was served Nov. 29 at The Rimersburg Inn on Route 68, and Savelli's Tavern on Huey Road failed to comply with mandatory alcohol management training.Officers for the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement filed the charges, which could result in fines between $50 and $1,000, and a possible license suspension of revocation.
