Linda Kay Thomas
Linda Kay Schmiedlin Thomas, 56, of Washington, Pa., formerly of North Hills, died Sunday.
Born Nov. 8, 1951, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of William Schmiedlin and the late Cecilia Wikert Schmiedlin.
She was a professional truck driver for 33 years, having driven more than 2 million accident-free miles.
She enjoyed golfing and fishing.
Surviving are her father of Butler; two brothers, James (Debra Walsh) Schmiedlin of Bradford Woods and Thomas A. (Roberta M.) Schmiedlin of Leechburg; a sister, Sandra L. (James B.) Hinchman of Lake Wales, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Katie Bernard of Aliquippa; a niece, and two nephews.
Preceding her in death was a brother, William Schmiedlin III.
