Deloris 'Dolly' Simon

Deloris J. "Dolly" Simon, 88, of Sunnyview Home, formerly of Lumar Village, died at 5:35 a.m. Thursday at Sunnyview.

Born July 4, 1919, in Butler, she was the daughter of Austin and Nora Doumont Stepp.

Mrs. Simon was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Melvin (Joy) Collins of Butler; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; a sister, Mrs. Isabel Bowser of Mesa, Ariz.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Her husband, David O. Simon, died Dec. 13, 1998. She also was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.

<B>SIMON</B> — Private visitation and blessing services for Deloris J. "Dolly" Simon, who died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008, were held Saturday morning at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>.
