Jane Roth Neubert
Jane Roth Neubert, 78, of Tionesta, formerly of Butler, died April 6 at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.
Born Sept. 7, 1929, in Ridgway, she was the daughter of Edward and Teresa Smithbauer Roth.
She graduated from St. Leo School in Ridgway and was an operator for Bell Telephone for years.
Mrs. Neubert loved to read and watch tennis and Steelers football.
Surviving are four children, Marilyn McNany (Patrick)of Franklin, David Neubert of Hersey and Hilary Neubert (Susanna) and Teresa Yaroschak (John), both of Butler; and grandchildren Vanessa Whitaker (Wesley) of Greenville, Andrea Bustos (Loren) of Pittsburgh, Matthew McNany and his fiancée, Loni Sargent, of Franklin, Joshua and Jonathan Neubert of Hershey and Heather Moreau and Elizabeth Miller, both of Butler. She also is survived by two brothers, Clarence Roth of Ridgway and Gerald Roth of Oklawaha, Fla.
Her husband, Robert G. Neubert, died April 9, 1971. She also was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Wilbur L. Call; three sisters, Alice Lutz, Marie Park and Helene Bugdon; and two brothers, Harrold and Raymond Roth.
<B>NEUBERT</B>— Private funeral services for Jane Roth Neubert, who died Sunday, April 6, 2008, will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at St. Leo Cemetery, Ridgway. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of <B>Meehan-Shilk Funeral Home</B>, Ridgway.
