Broman

Jay Rodney "Snuffy" Broman, 56, of Bullcreek Road died at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in a motorcycle accident on Interstate 95 near Florence, S.C.

Born Feb. 24, 1952, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of William F. Sr. and Marlene Grimes Broman.

He was the owner of Jay's Auto Sales and Sue's Repair in Butler.

Mr. Broman was a Baptist.

He liked riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Sidecar Club and a former treasurer of ABATE. He also liked singing karaoke, camping and traveling.

Surviving are his wife, Susan J. Brown Boyer Broman, who he married Oct. 29, 1998; his parents of Butler; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Thomas and Faye Brown of Valencia; two daughters, Nicole Adamski and her husband, Brian, of Butler and Brandy Broman of Andrews Air Force Base, Md.; two grandchildren, Travis Adamski and Aaron Burd Jr.; two stepdaughters, Amanda Burd of West Sunbury and Kimberly Boyer at home; two brothers and their spouses, William and Mary Ellen Broman Jr. of Butler and Bradley and Marcia Broman of North Apollo; a sister, Jill and her husband, Robert Cavalero, of Butler; a sister-in-law, Judy Brown of Butler; four nieces; three nephews; a great-niece; and two great-nephews.

<B>BROMAN</B> — Friends of Jay Rodney "Snuffy" Broman, who died Tuesday, April 15, 2008, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Barry Murray of Calvary Baptist Church of Allison Park and the Rev. Ken Tack of Chicora officiating.
