Leonard F. Chuba Sr.
Leonard F. Chuba Sr., 72, of Westwood Manor died Friday at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.
Born Jan. 13, 1936, in Lyndora, he was a son of Michael A. Sr. and Mary Prebula Chuba.
Mr. Chuba retired in 1996 as a rigger at Armco-Butler Works after 42 years.
He was an Army veteran.
Len was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
His wife, Doris "Dottie" Link Chuba, who he married Oct. 24, 1964, survives. Also surviving are three sons and their wives, Leonard F. Chuba Jr. and Marnie Chuba of Butler, Vern and Carmel Chuba of Youngstown, Ohio, and Larry and Sarah Chuba of Akron, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Yamnitzky of Lyndora and Mrs. Edward (Mary Louise) Lucas of Butler; three grandchildren, Corey, Tanner and Sidney Chuba; and several nieces and nephews.
Four brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.
<B>CHUBA</B> — There will be no visitation. Private funeral services for Leonard F. Chuba Sr., who died Friday, April 18, 2008, will be held for the family.
