Army Sgt.

James Buss, son of Jim and Edie Buss of Renfrew, recently returned from a 15-month deployment to Iraq.Buss is a member of the Army's 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division based at Fort Hood.During his deployment, he served as a combat engineer and helped clear the routes coalition forces used of improvised explosive devices.The 2003 graduate of Butler High School has been in the Army for more than four years.
