Wilda Della Claypool
Wilda Della Dietrich Claypool, 90, of Kissimmee, Fla., formerly of Portman Road died at 2 p.m. Monday in Good Samaritan Health Care Center, Kissimmee.
Born July 13, 1917, in Butler, she was the daughter of Samuel and Mayme Risch Dietrich.
Mrs. Claypool was a homemaker and a stay-home mother who loved to quilt.
She was a former member of Faith Fellowship Alliance Church, and was the former treasurer of Christian Endeavor.
Mrs. Claypool is survived by five daughters, Virginia Fry of Wilmington, N.C., Mrs. Larry (Carol) VanderHeyden of Kissimmee, Mrs. Jack (Thelma) Unangst of Prescott, Ariz., Mrs. Tom (Berta) Case of Flint, Mich., and Wilma Smith of Hopkinsville, Ky.; two sons, Edward (Retha) Claypool of Columbus, Ind., and Lawrence (Cathy) Claypool of Washougal, Wash.; and a sister, Mrs. Edgar (Alberta) Bouch of Butler. She has 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Claypool was preceded in death by her husband, Harlan R. Claypool, who died June 10, 2006; three brothers; and two sisters.
<B>CLAYPOOL</B> — Friends of Wilda Della Dietrich Claypool, who died Monday, May 5, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St.Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Jenks of Faith Fellowship Alliance Church officiating.
