Hutchison

Kevin M. Hutchison, 33, of 1220 Kittanning Pike, Chicora, Fairview Township, died unexpectedly of natural causes Tuesday morning at his home.

Born in Kittanning, Dec. 3, 1974, he was the son of Richard W. and Linda M. Stoops Hutchison of Chicora.

Kevin had attended Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Chicora. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Chicora Lodge 962 and also the U.S. Bowling Congress, Butler County Chapter.

Mr. Hutchison attended the Karns City Area schools and graduated in 1995 from Butler High School.

He enjoyed bowling, playing pool, hunting, sports and the company of his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister and her husband, Shannon L. and Lee Detrie of North Point, N.C.; a niece and nephew, Caitlyn and Brenden Detrie of North Point; his maternal grandmother, Joan Stoops Peschel of Kittanning; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William David "Red" and Alma Hile Hutchison; his paternal grandfather, Theodore Stoops; and his paternal stepgrandfather, Earl Peschel.

<B>HUTCHISON</B> — Friends of Kevin M. Hutchison, who died Tuesday, May 27, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Chicora United Methodist Church, Central Avenue, Chicora. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the church with the Rev. Tom Pesci, pastor of the East Brady Baptist Church, officiating.
