Forrest and Tara Albaugh

Tara Carson and Forrest Albaugh were united in marriage March 29 at the Dunes West Golf Club in Mount Pleasant, S.C. The Rev. Joseph Cate officiated. A reception followed at the Dunes West Golf Club. A second reception will be held July 12 at the Garden Gate Restaurant.

The bride is the daughter of Mary Carson and Ronnie Ayers of Mount Pleasant and Gary Carson of Nashville, Tenn. Parents of the bridegroom are Forrest and Arlene Albaugh of Butler.

The honor attendant was Sarah Halton of Portland, Ore. Bridesmaids included Allison Lockwood and Christy Byington, both of Mount Pleasant. Flower girls were Ava Ashbee of Downingtown, Lauren and Emily Ayers of Charlotte, N.C.

Performing the duties of best man was Brian Cruse of Charleston, S.C. Ushers included Mike Pickard of Saxonburg, Quinn Passarelli of Saxonburg, Jimmy Hughes of Charleston and Stephen Zonarich of Salomoms, Md. Ring bearer was David Ashbee of Downingtown.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Porter-Gaud High School and attended the College of Charleston. She is a realtor with Re/Max Advanced Realty in Mount Pleasant.

The bridegroom graduated from Knoch High School in 1996 and from the Pennsylvania College of Technology of Penn State in 2000. He is co-owner and president of Unique Constructors in Charleston.

Following a honeymoon trip to St. Lucia, the couple is making their home in Mount Pleasant.
