10:38 a.m. Sunday — Denise Lynn Koebler, 31, of Butler was arrested for allegedly shoplifting items valued at $156 at the Kmart store in Pullman Square, She is charged with retail theft.

4:08 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by Helen Scherer, 65, of Pittsburgh crashed into a guardrail on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township.Sunday — An unknown thief stole a gold, Cannondale bicycle from the bike rack of a minivan in the Eat-n-Park parking lot at the Clearview Mall on Route 8 in Center Township. Patrick Nicholas of Harrisville, W.Va., owns the bike.7:15 a.m. Saturday — A pickup truck driven by Alex M. Truman, 17, of Butler struck an embankment and rolled onto its roof on Shannon Road in Connoquenessing Township. The truck, after overturning, slid across the road and hit a fence.Truman and two 15-year-old passengers fled the crash site. Truman was cited for careless driving, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, and false reports to police.Saturday — Several homes and a Zanella Milling store sign on Main Street in West Sunbury were damaged by orange paint fired by a paint ball gun between 11 p.m. Friday and 12:30 a.m. Saturday.One resident told police she believed the suspect or suspects drove off in a blue or gray truck. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.5:37 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Cody T. Pyle, 18, of Chicora struck a fence and tree along Route 68 near Shearer Road in Oakland Township. Pyle was cited for careless driving.Wednesday — An unknown thief used the credit/debit card number of a Brady Township man to buy gaming points and memberships from the Microsoft Xbox Live Web site. The reported loss in the theft was $249.

Saturday — A generator, catalytic converter, copper radiator and two timing lights were stolen between July 9 and Saturday from 150 Perrine Road in Wolf Creek Township. Frederick Lapp owns the stolen property.Friday — An arrest warrant was issued for Christine M. Cusick, 36, no known address, who is accused of stealing two food items on Tuesday from the Sheetz store on Route 58 in Pine Township. Police believe the suspect is staying in the Grove City area.Anyone who knows Cusick's whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-662-6162.6:50 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Charles E. Smith, 39, of Harrisville crashed into an embankment on Interstate 79 in New Vernon Township. Police said Smith was cited for driving too fast for conditions.6:30 a.m. Thursday — Molly L. Wimer, 22, of Slippery Rock suffered a minor injury when the car she was driving crashed into a ditch on Airport Road in Pine Township.9:55 p.m. Wednesday — Someone drove a vehicle through two yards on Mercer Butler Pike in Liberty Township. The properties of Peggy Davis and Wilda Fyffe had unspecified damage.7:59 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Akshay Kotecha, 25, of Cranberry Township and a sport utility vehicle driven by Kyra Foley, 17, of Slippery Rock collided on Route 208 in Springfield Township. The crash spun the car around and into a car driven by Deborah McClanahan, 52, of Slippery Rock.Foley was taken to Grove City Medical Center with unknown injuries. Kotecha was cited for a red light violation.
