EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

David William Prosser, 61, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 17 by the state police with the sale or delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.

Samuel John Barkley, 18, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 23 by Adams Township police with stalking.

Mark A. Cunning, 49, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 17 by the state police with simple assault and harassment.

Blake William Chauvet, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 by Evans City police with simple assault.

Donald Anthony Hilty, 26, of Kittanning waived his case to court. He was charged July 7 by Adams Township police with driving with a suspended license.

Richard Leroy Beegle Jr., 41, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

Jill Marie Jancse, 25, of Portersville waived her case to court. She was charged June 3 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police:James Ostronic, 49, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Diana Louise Herrmann, 54, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged May 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Christopher J. Harris, 28, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 1 with fraud, operating a vehicle with an invalid inspection, fraudulent use of a registration plate and driving without a license.Justin Saldutte, 28, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Garrett Trevor Crocker, 24, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged May 30 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.Morgan Ashley Leon, 18, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court.
