Smith, Winslow
Krista Smith and Steven Winslow were united in marriage July 26 at Christ's Outreach Church in Butler. The Rev. Kenneth Palmer officiated. A reception followed at the Slippery Rock University Student Union.
The bride is the daughter of William and Debbe Smith of Concord Township. Parents of the bridegroom are Thomas and Charlene Winslow of Butler.
The honor attendant was Katelyn Palmer of Erie. Bridesmaids included Kara Obuszewski of Erie, Tabitha Novosat of Butler and Kathleen Platte of Pittsburgh. Anastasia Kibbe of Ohio served as flower girl.
Performing the duties of best man was Brian Winslow of Butler. Ushers included Ryan Beilstein of Slippery Rock, Aaron Hollis of Chicora, William Smith III of Petrolia and Thomas Winslow of Butler. Ring bearer was Ocean Bluedorn of Slippery Rock.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Moniteau High School and a 2008 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works as an English teacher for the Leon County School District in Tallahassee, Fla.
The bridegroom graduated in 2004 from Slippery Rock High School and in 2008 from Slippery Rock University. He works for Florida State University in Tallahassee.
Following a honeymoon trip to the William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh, the couple is making their home in Tallahassee.
