Weichey

Joseph A. "Joey" Weichey Jr., 59, of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Butler, died Friday at Haven Hospice Care Center in Gainesville, Fla., as a result of a traffic accident.

He was born Jan. 11, 1949, in Butler, the son of the late Joseph Allen Weichey Sr. and Cassie I. (Angerett) Weichey of Butler.

Joey enjoyed working with cars and riding his bicycle.

Surviving are his mother; two sisters, Susan Graham of Butler and Connie and her husband, Fred Kalmeyer, of Renfrew; and a nephew, Brad Graham of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his father; and a nephew, Matthew Graham.

Jefferson St. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Jeffrey A. Curtis, of Mount Chestnut Presbyterian Church, officiating.
