June E. Horstman
June E. Horstman, 86, of Herman passed away Wednesday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Sept. 2, 1922, in Harmony, she was the daughter of the late Roy T. and Jesse Hudson Walker.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, the Christian Mothers of St. Mary's and the Herman Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband, Francis C. "Frank" Horstman Sr., to whom she was married for 63 years. The couple married June 8, 1945. Also surviving are two sons, Francis C. "Chuck" Horstman Jr. of Butler and Carl L. "Pete" Horstman and his wife, Alice, of Herman; four daughters, Deborah Fritz and her husband, Fred, of Valencia, Susan Zang and her husband, Alvin, of Herman, Cheryl Ray and her husband, Robert, of Herman and Shirley Selfridge and her husband, David, of Butler; one sister, Mrs. William (Edith) Marlowe of Butler; 19 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter.

Horstman, who died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the <B>Martin Funeral Home</B>, 429 Center Ave. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman.
