Dorothy M. Homison
Dorothy M. Homison, 79, of West Sunbury passed away at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Autumn Grove Care Center in Harrisville.
She was born Nov. 11, 1929, in Verona. She was the daughter of the late Ellsworth Eldwayne Krebs and Nellie Mabel Smith Krebs.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Louis Catholic Church. She also was a member of the Legion of Mary, Ladies Guild and Corsia at St. Louis.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Everly of Butler; six sons, Andrew Homison III of Slippery Rock, Steven Homison of Butler, Michael Homison of Slippery Rock, Mark Homison of Slippery Rock, Jon Homison of Slippery Rock and Frank Homison of Slippery Rock; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, George Krebs of Cheswick.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew George Homison, who passed away April 5, 1988; one sister; and three brothers.
<B>HOMISON</B> — Friends of Dorothy M. Homison, who died Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>William F. Young Funeral Home,</B> 132 Main St., West Sunbury. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Louis Catholic Church with Father James Bedillion of St. Alphonsus Parish officiating. Burial will be in the Butler County Memorial Park.
