Baumgart, Stirling
Crystal Baumgart and Justin Stirling were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Oct. 18 at the First United Methodist Church in Butler. The Rev. David Panther officiated. A reception followed at Cooper Hall in Saxonburg.
The bride is the daughter of Sharon Hinton of Palm Coast, Fla., and the late Thomas Baumgart.
Parents of the bridegroom are Sandra and Brian Check of Butler and the late David Stirling.
Serving the bride as matron of honor was Amy Goss of Butler. Maid of honor was Laura Stephenson of Palm Coast. Bridesmaids were Mandi Daniels and Dana Burns, both of Butler. Haley Stephenson of Palm Coast was the flower girl.
Serving the bridegroom as best man was Nathan Steadman of Butler. John Turner of Buffalo, N.Y., also was best man. Ushers were Neal Holt and Brad Dolhi, both of Butler. Kolton Goss of Butler served as ring bearer.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Butler High School and a 2005 graduate of West Liberty State College in West Liberty, W.Va. She works in the dental department of the Pittsburgh Job Corps Center.
The bridegroom graduated in 1997 from Butler High School. He is a 1999 graduate of the Pittsburgh Technical Institute and a 2005 graduate of Point Park University. He works as a mechanical engineer at Burt Hill in Butler.
Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple is making their home in Butler.
