Donna L. Walizer
Donna L. Walizer, 69, of the Golden Living Center, Oil City, passed away at 11 a.m. Thursday after an extended illness.
Born Aug. 16, 1939, in Damariscotta, Maine, she was the daughter of Charles Lane and Adelade Lane.
Mrs. Walizer graduated from Lincoln High School in Maine.
She married Don Walizer Nov. 25, 1964, and he passed away Feb. 10, 1998.
Mrs. Walizer was employed at the State Heath Center in Seneca, Venango County, as a secretary.
Mrs. Walizer was a member of the Polk Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Walizer was an veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
She enjoyed bingo, making cakes, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are four children, Darryl Walizer of Ohio, Darrin Walizer and his wife, Jeanette, of Las Vegas, Nev., Dawn Stryffeler and her husband, Dave, of Franklin and Debbie Stoops and her husband, Michael, of Slippery Rock; two brothers, Erlyn Lane and Dennis Lane of New Harbor, Maine; four grandchildren, Zach and Gracie Stryffeler of Franklin and Taylor and Brielle Stoops of Slippery Rock.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two brothers, Raymond Lane and Lee Elliott.
<B>WALIZER</B> — The family of Donna L. Walizer will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the <B>Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home</B>, 109 Emlenton St., Clintonville.
