7:25 a.m. Saturday A car driven by Christine Larimore, 49, of Butler struck a minivan parked on East Jefferson Street. Police said Larimore was cited for driving too fast for conditions.1:15 p.m. Thursday Cars driven by Howard Eppinger, 58, and Toni Prenovitz, 61, both of Oakland Township, collided at Wayne and McKean streets. Prenovitz was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.

6:50 a.m. Sunday Nicholas J. Aulet, 20, of Mineral Springs, Ohio, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs after a traffic stop on Route 422 near Route 356 in Butler Township. Police said they found a bag of suspected marijuana in Aulet's pocket.A passenger, Arnie Lynn Boland, 26, of Struthers, Ohio, also was found with a small bag of suspected marijuana, police said. She also was carrying an illegal spring-loaded folding pocket knife.Both suspects were arrested and placed in the Butler County Prison. Aulet and Boland are jailed on $10,000 bail and $5,000 bail, respectively.Aulet is charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, false identification to law enforcement authorities and several traffic violations. Boland is charged with possession of a controlled substance and carrying a prohibited offensive weapon.1:30 p.m. Friday Stanley Gene Pleva, 68, of Freeport is accused of stealing a Craftsman tool box containing five power tools valued at $350. Police said Pleva is charged with felony retail theft.Friday An unknown thief stole a Sirius satellite radio from a vehicle parked near the Texas Roadhouse at the Clearview Mall in Center Township. The suspect broke the driver's side window to get into the vehicle between 8 and 8:30 p.m.Friday Several unspecified items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle at a Carol Drive home in Saxonburg. The theft occurred between 2 and 3:30 p.m.Friday Someone smashed a window and stole an East Butler woman's purse from a vehicle parked at Vin & Joe's on Route 38 in Summit Township.7:47 p.m. Thursday A Beaver County man faces hit-and-run and other charges after his vehicle traveled through the yards of several homes at Hartmann Road and Route 528 in Forward Township. Police said Regis C. Stump, 25, of Ambridge, drove away.

2:30 a.m. Saturday Edward Vanderort, 65, of Sarver was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his vehicle crashed into several small trees along Route 28 in Buffalo Township, Butler County.9:34 a.m. Thursday A pickup truck driven by Jason J. Hicks, 18, of Sarver crashed into an embankment and struck a fire hydrant, shearing off the hydrant along Route 128 in South Buffalo Township.A passenger in the pickup, a 17-year-old Freeport boy who police did not identify, suffered minor injuries. Police said Hicks was cited for a lane violation.State Police, Mercer2:30 a.m. Sunday A sport utility vehicle driven by Maygan Kerr, 25, of Mercer struck an embankment and overturned on Route 258 in Springfield Township.
