Linda Rome

Linda Rome, 57, of Herman was given to the Lord March 9 at her home in Mulberry, Fla., after a long illness.

She was born May 24, 1951, and was the daughter of the late Genieve and Paul Strobel.

She was a member of the Faith Fellowship Church.

Linda was the manager of the Serene Valley Golf Course in Herman, along with her husband of 25 years, Ronald Rome, who is the owner.

She was an avid gardener and loved to quilt, golf, spend time with their dog, Fritzy, and spend her winters in Flordia.

She is survived by her sons, Jeremy and Daniel Bodema; her husband; grandchildren; brothers; and sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew.

<B>ROME</B> — A memorial service was held in Florida for Linda Rome, who died Monday, March 9, 200.Her family requests that friends take a moment of silence and prayer on their own time in her memory and ask the Lord that they would be touched by him the way Linda was.
