Louis O. Polis, 71, of Richland Township died Wednesday.

He was the husband of the late Bernadette H., who died Dec. 28, 2007.

Surviving are sons, Nicholas Kujbus of Butler and Allan Kujbus of Saxonburg; a grandson, Nicholas Kujbus IV; a granddaughter, Ashley Kujbus; a great-granddaughter, Bailey Kujbus; and a sister, Sherry McCormick of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Polis was a teacher for the Franklin Regional School District.
