CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Christopher Garis, 23, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving, filed April 6.

Daniel Hilliard, 19, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, failing to stop at a red light, making an illegal turn and not carrying registration, filed March 23.

Stanley Pleva, 68, of Freeport waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed April 13.

Susan L. Waite, no age listed, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Feb. 18.

Tracy Yeager, 35, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed March 23.
