Kathryn Brenneman

Mrs. Kathryn L. "Kathie" Brenneman, 67, of Freeport passed away peacefully at 7:55 a.m. Sunday at the Good Samaritan Hospice Unit at Concordia, Jefferson Township.

Kathie was born in Tarentum, March 20, 1942, the daughter of the late Victor and Irene (Easley) Rupert.

She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Freeport and was a volunteer at the Freeport Area Library for more than 20 years.

Kathie enjoyed traveling, walking and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Kathryn is survived by her husband, Harry C. Brenneman III; her sister, Mary Ann (Clem) Moxie of Natrona Heights; two nieces, Erin Moxie Dempster of Marwood and Cara (Jim) Emore of Westminster, Md.; and her nephew, Eric Moxie of Natrona Heights. She also is survived by her great-nephews, Kyle Dempster and Gavin and Braeden Emore; and her great-niece, Kendall Emore.

<B>BRENNEMAN</B> Family and friends of Kathryn L. "Kathie" Brenneman, who died Sunday, April 12, 2009, are being received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the <B>Redmond Funeral Home</B>, 524 High St., Freeport. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with the Rev. William Mumaw of Freeport United Presbyterian Church officiating.
