F. William Kelley Jr.
Frederick William "Bill" Kelley Jr., 79, of Hot Springs Village, Ark., died Thursday.
He was born March 31, 1930, in Warrendale to the late Helen (Douthett) Kelley and the late Frederick William Kelley.
He was a retired higher education administrator, and he was a Presbyterian.
A sister, Janet Kelley Stanford, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Halling) Kelley of Hot Springs Village; a son, Scott Kelley and his wife, Pat, of Lexington, Ky.; a daughter, Carolyn Kelley and her husband, Frank Fetter, of Mount Horeb, Wis.; and five grandchildren, Christie Kelley, Sean Kelley, Laira Kelley, Nathan Fetter and Sarah Fetter.
