Willard A. Sibble Jr.
Willard Alton Sibble Jr., 55, of Slippery Rock, Mercer Township, died at 9:41 p.m. Wednesday at the Beaver County Medical Center.
Born in Oil City, Venango County, Dec. 26, 1953, he was the son of Willard Alton Sibble Sr. and Emily Ardella Thompson Sibble.
He married Mary Margaret Kerr on Aug. 4, 2001.
He was disabled. Prior to that, he worked at a sawmill and also a nursing home.
Mr. Sibble was of the Protestant faith.
He attended high school at West Forest High, Tionesta.
He enjoyed working with computers and other types of electronic technology.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Kerr Sibble of Slippery Rock; three brothers, John Sibble of Beaver, Delbert Sibble and his wife, Patricia, of Franklin and Rodney Sibble of Crown, Pa.; and four sisters, Lavina Bradford and her husband, Lewis, of Beaver, Alice Boozel and her husband, Eugene, of Meridian, Mary Tarr and her husband, Harry, of Oil City and Nancy Gribel and her husband, Ronald, of Wattsburg, Pa. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Clair Eugene Sibble.
<B>SIBBLE</B> — Visitation for Willard Alton Sibble Jr., who died Wednesday, May 20, 2009, will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday and from 1 p.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Smith Funeral Home</B>, Village of Leesburg, 1778 Perry Highway, Volant. Pastor Rod Burk of Volant will officiate.
