Anthony A. Angeloni, Ph.D., 82, of Indiana, Pa., died Saturday.

Born Nov. 5, 1926, he was the son of Luigi and Antoinette Pascazi Angeloni of Butler.

Surviving are his wife, Jane Cashdollar Angeloni; his daughter, Susan D. Malin of Indiana; his grandchildren, Heidi G. Malin of California and Shaun C. Malin of South Carolina; his sister, Marie Schnur; his brother, Louis “Buddy” Angeloni; and also numerous nieces and nephews.

An Army veteran of World War II, Dr. Angeloni was principal of Adams Township Elementary School in Mars and was principal in the Rose Tree Media School District in Media, Pa.

Dr. Angeloni also was a guidance counselor in the Great Valley School District before accepting the position of chair in the Education Psychology Department of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

ANGELONI — In accordance with the wishes of Dr. Anthony A. Angeloni, who died Saturday, July 11, 2009, there will be no visitation.
