Solo, 22, of Butler was charged with DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road following a traffic stop on East Penn Street.4:51 p.m. Wednesday — A 16-year-old Butler boy was charged with simple assault after a 15-year-old Butler boy, who had head injuries, and his mother reported an incident to police. The younger boy was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital and released.9:25 a.m. Sept. 25 — A 14-year-old West Sunbury boy was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana after another student at Adelphoi Village reported he had hidden the drug on the property, where it was found later by police.

Butler TownshipSept. 18 — Jamie Lamar Pannell, 28, of Butler was charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception after he allegedly sold items stolen from a Whitestown Road residence to Game Stop in Butler Commons.
