<B>Pittsburgh Children's Museum</B>, 10 Children's Way, Allegheny Square, will host a celebration of children's books and their creators on Friday. This year's theme is "New Ways of Reading" and will feature three authors and illustrators: Eric Wight, Rachel Griffiths and Jonah Winter. This exhibit features the artistry of German-born artist Hans Godo Fräbel, a founding father of modern glass sculpture. Phipps is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and until 10 p.m. on Fridays. Admission rates are $10 for adults, $9 for seniors age 62 and older and students with ID, and $7 for children ages 2 to 18. Phipps members and children younger than 2 are admitted free. <B>The 50th Annual Fort Ligonier Days</B> festival featuring crafts, food and entertainment, will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout Ligonier. Festival hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday with musical performances in the evenings, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
