Joseph Durci Sr.

Joseph Durci Sr., 68, of Cabot died Saturday at his home.

Born Feb. 22, 1941, in Sarver, he was the son of Andrew and Bertha Bibza Durci.

He was a laborer for Allegheny Ludlum in Brackenridge, retiring in 1996 after 30 years. He enjoyed camping, hunting, woodworking and gardening.

Surviving are his wife, Mary (Seybert) Durci, whom he married Oct. 8, 1960; his daughter, Debbie (David) Watt of Greensboro, N.C.; his son, Joseph Durci Jr. of Cabot; four brothers, Andrew Durci of Sandy Lake, Richard Durci of Clarkston, Mich., George Durci of Evart, Mich. and Thomas Durci of Florida; two sisters, Mary Fullerton of Sarver and Violet (William) Hunter of Butler; seven grandchildren, David, Shannon, Ashley, Justin, Kelly, Tanner and Clay; and three great-grandchildren, Dominic, Ethan and Alaina.

Preceding him in death were his parents; one sister, Betty Watt; and one daughter, Leona Jean Ross.

<B>Durci</B> — Friends of Joseph Durci Sr. of Cabot, who died Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.
