Gary Howard Gayhart, 69, of Jacksonville, Fla., died Aug. 8 at the McGraw Hospice Center in Florida after an extended illness.

Mr. Gayhart is survived by his loving wife, Tana Lee A. Gayhart, who he married July 3, 2003; two sons, Sean Gayhart and his wife, Karen, of Butler and Dean Gayhart of Virginia; a stepson, Jamie Hook and his wife, Jennifer, of Butler; a daughter, Richelle Cricks and her husband, Dave, of Butler; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

<B>GAYHART </B>— A memorial service for Gary Howard Gayhart, who died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at the Mount Chestnut Presbyterian Church.
