Emma Lieb, 76, of Zelienople died Wednesday at her home surrounded by her family.

Born June 23, 1933, in Bellevue, she was the daughter of the late William and Catherine (Walliser) Snyder.

Mrs. Lieb was a member of the English Lutheran Church, where she sang in the choir.

She was active at the Passavant Fitness Center in their exercise program. She also enjoyed sewing, knitting and gardening and was an avid Steelers fan.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Lieb; three sons, Jim Lieb and his wife, Kristin, of Avon, Ohio, Eric Lieb and his wife, Lesley, of Butler and Ron Lieb of Annapolis, Md.; a brother, Richard Snyder and his wife, Jan, of Richmond, Va.; and four grandchildren, B.J., Erica, Maggie and Clay.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Warren and Bud; and a sister, B.J.

<B>LIEB</B> — Friends of Emma Lieb, who died Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.Following Sunday services at the English Lutheran Church, friends are invited to a fellowship luncheon in the church hall. Funeral services will follow the luncheon at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at English Lutheran Church, 200 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with the Rev. Robert A.
