Swartzwelder

Patricia L. Swartzwelder, 65, of Butler entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009. She had a 2-year battle with lung cancer.

Born June 7, 1944, in Pittsburgh, she was the loving daughter of James Perry Cain and Lorraine Alice Johnson.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her five children, Curtis Swartzwelder of Monaca and his wife, Marianne; Velma Swartzwelder of Butler; Garry Swartzwelder of Butler; Larry Swartzwelder of Monaca and his companion, Veronica VanBuren; and Barbara Swartzwelder of Butler. She had four grandchildren, Justin, Darrell, Megan and Kathleen; a sister, Kathleen Dobis of Crafton; and a brother, James Albert Cain of Pittsburgh. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

She will be greatly missed.
