Kenneth 'Hank' Davis
Kenneth "Hank" R. Davis, 75, of Butler died Friday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born Dec. 26, 1933, in East Butler, he was the son of the late Wilson Davis and Margaret (Crispen) Davis.
He was a life member of the East Butler Volunteer Fire Department, a place where he loved to socialize with his friends. He was an Army veteran. He loved to hunt, fish and play his guitar.
He was a retired, self-employed bricklayer, a profession he truly loved.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jean (Livermore) Davis of Butler, who he married May 27, 1966; a son, Kenneth R. Davis Jr. and his wife, Tracy, of Butler; three daughters, Mrs. Michael (Nancy) Sleigher of East Butler, Mrs. Earl "George" (Carol) Clark of Butler and Mrs. Gary (Kathleen) Kradel of Butler; two sisters, Margaret Eppinger of Butler and Doris Wise of Florida; two brothers, Robert Davis of Georgia and Paul Davis of Butler; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
<B>DAVIS</B> — Friends of Kenneth "Hank" R. Davis, who died Friday, Nov. 27, 2009, will be received at the <B>YOUNG FUNERAL HOME</B> in Butler from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 p.m. Monday. Funeral services will follow the second viewing at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Stephen Noullet of the Butler Assembly of God officiating.
