Hannah M. Hoak, 91, of Butler, formerly of Saxonburg, died at 7:50 a.m. Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Aug. 12, 1918, in Clinton Township, she was the daughter of Ralph L. and Anna L. (Linamen) Dawson.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of the 4-H Club and the Jefferson County Grange.

She enjoyed sewing, baby-sitting, gardening and canning.

Surviving are her children, Stanley M. (Barb) Hoak of Freeport, Lucille "Lucy" A. (Chris "Butch") Burkert of Mars, Marilyn E. (Albert) Michel of Butler, and Rhonda M. (Billy) Caudill of Saxonburg; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; her twin sister, Hildah Mary Rubright and her son, Frank Parker, both of Murrysville; her sister, Genevieve Mainhart of Sarver; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Ralph and Anna Dawson; her husband, Myron A. Hoak; one son, Ronald L. Hoak; two infant daughters, Hannah Marlene Hoak and Joyce Ann Hoak; one step-grandson, Michael D. Zumbro; and two brothers, William and Charles Dawson.

<B>HOAK</B> — Friends of Hannah M. Hoak, who died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
